Create verticalized playbooks and narratives that resonate across various industries.Establish a market positioning strategy, articulating messaging architecture and key value propositions to cultivate a brand centered on delivering value rather than transactional interactions.Build & Scale a Demand Generation EngineEstablish a new Demand Generation team with expertise in media, inbound lead generation, outbound strategies, and holistic execution. Utilize analytical insights to optimize demand generation channels and allocate resources effectively.Drive impactful paid media initiatives while ensuring cost efficiency and scalability, particularly in generating marketing qualified leads that convert into sales.Collaborate with Sales leadership to coordinate joint demand initiatives that expedite outbound pipeline creation.Leverage AI-driven tools for lead scoring, personalization, content optimization, and conversational outreach to maximize efficiency and impact.

In this role, you will be tasked with constructing a high-performing demand generation engine aimed at creating qualified sales pipelines, enhancing outbound sales efforts, and amplifying our brand visibility across essential verticals. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and expand our marketing function, overseeing media expenditures, demand generation, account-based marketing programs, and collaboration with sales teams.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Commercial, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Additionally, you will have the chance to build and lead your own team, significantly influencing the future of B2B marketing at Squarespace. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement from our NYC Headquarters.
