Please note that this position is based in San Diego, CA. Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office an average of three days per week.
Position Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of Acadia's benefits programs across the U. S., Canada, and select global regions. You will ensure that all programs are competitive, compliant, financially viable, and aligned with Acadia’s talent and culture strategy, while providing a superior employee experience. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement throughout the employee lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
Benefits Strategy & Program Design
- Lead the strategic design, assessment, and evolution of health & welfare, retirement, wellness, leave, and relocation programs in the U. S. and Canada to facilitate talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure that benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with company values and business priorities.
- Contribute to the long-term People & Performance roadmap, encompassing systems, vendor strategy, and program scalability.
