This innovative group specializes in providing top-tier data for Human-Machine Interaction to some of the world's leading technology firms. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in gathering, enhancing, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B sales coupled with exceptional strategic analysis and marketing skills. You will cultivate client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals, while collaborating with our marketing team to conduct thorough market research and devise effective business development strategies. Please note that travel within the United States is a requirement for this position.
A successful candidate will demonstrate strong sales expertise, client management capabilities, and adept problem-solving skills, all while fostering enduring relationships with clients and internal teams across diverse geographical locations.
DESCRIPTION
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market to ascertain their business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop compelling, contract-winning proposals for both current and prospective clients.
- Qualify and quantify opportunities, driving them from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success throughout the engagement process.
- Draft and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Remain well-versed in our products, processes, operations, and industry trends.
- Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM system to track business opportunities effectively.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage high-value, profitable business deals.
- Monitor and manage KPIs while providing internal and client-facing status reports, including executive updates on account health and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and support marketing efforts through contributions to case studies and social media engagement.
- Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.
