Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct local hospice sales territories, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals.
- Recruit, hire, and train a capable sales team.
- Communicate organizational sales goals and standards to Hospice and Clinical Liaisons effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics of Hospice Liaisons to drive optimal sales and exceed admissions targets.
- Maintain a disciplined sales management approach, including scheduled calls and field ride-alongs.
- Effectively utilize CRM systems for managing and developing sales territories.
- Coach Hospice Liaisons in identifying key referral sources and developing new business strategies.
- Collaborate with operations on budgeting and enhancing Silverado Hospice’s community brand.
- Manage individual sales accounts to grow market share.
