Your role will involve identifying emerging market opportunities, crafting robust go-to-market strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of these strategies. You will be instrumental in recruiting, guiding, and mentoring a top-tier team, while establishing ambitious sales targets and empowering your team to exceed them.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the business development team by providing strategic direction and support to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market segments for growth, collaborating with the team to formulate targeted strategies.
- Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches in alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, execute, and oversee GTM experiments to validate hypotheses and refine market entry strategies.
- Develop and maintain co-selling partnerships through strategic alliances.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Establish challenging sales objectives and monitor progress, offering coaching to team members towards achieving targets.
- Engage closely with the team, sharing insights, strategies, and support for targeting specific customer segments.
- Regularly communicate with the team to encourage collaboration, provide feedback, and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
- Utilize customer behavior data, market trends, and analytics to derive actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategies and experiments.
