Responsibilities:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s solutions, including both services and technology.
Conduct thorough research to identify and map prospective clients and organizations.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, marketing campaigns, online networking, and industry events.
Collaborate closely with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Build and nurture existing client relationships while developing new ones.
Establish and cultivate partnerships with technology firms, system integrators, and digital marketing agencies.
Educate clients on the value and advantages of TransPerfect’s solutions.
Provide exceptional customer support while managing client expectations in collaboration with Program Management and Client Services.
Engage actively in learning about the gaming industry, its business and technical needs, and specific requirements to uncover new business opportunities.
Undertake additional special projects or responsibilities as necessary.
