Forbes Advisor is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Business Development to lead our Legal vertical. This fully remote position requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who excels in a collaborative and target-focused atmosphere. Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Legal vertical, this role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to identify, implement, and enhance growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in meeting revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business expansion areas.
- Manage client relationships post-contract execution, ensuring alignment and ongoing success.
- Create pricing strategies and develop persuasive proposals that foster revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Oversee contract implementation, ensuring all client commitments are documented and compliant.
- Support accurate revenue reporting and alignment with business targets.
- Utilize performance metrics and market insights to refine strategies and guide future growth initiatives.
- Project manage and collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution elements.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to synchronize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Assist the Sales team in upselling and renewing client business.
