Role
As the Director of Business Development in Life Sciences, you will spearhead business development efforts and serve as the primary contact for clients, partners, new hires, and public authorities. Responsibilities
As the Director of Business Development in Life Sciences, your responsibilities will include:
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth:
- Lead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of new enterprise clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, and healthcare sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic outbound initiatives, such as executive-level networking, thought leadership engagements, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities to align Visium’s AI & Data capabilities with client business objectives.
Solution Discovery & Client Alignment:
- Conduct discovery meetings with C-level and senior stakeholders to comprehend critical business challenges, regulatory requirements, and innovation priorities in life sciences.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations that illustrate how Visium’s solutions can expedite R&D, optimize operations, and enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee the successful execution of client projects and measurable impact.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Life Sciences sector, including trends in AI, data analytics, digital R&D, regulatory standards, and the competitive landscape.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Mentor and nurture junior business development professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
