As the Director of Business Development for Training Services, you will be pivotal in fostering sustainable revenue growth within Baines Simmons' training portfolio. This role involves spearheading sales initiatives, managing client relations, and overseeing pipeline management. You will ensure that our training offerings are optimally positioned to meet market demands and directly align with TrustFlight’s strategic growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships across the global aviation sector.
Lead the Academy and In-Company sales teams, enhancing performance through coaching and capability building.
Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, ensuring efficient pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and high conversion rates.
Work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure training offerings are aligned with market needs and client expectations.
Create and execute competitive pricing strategies and commercial propositions.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
