Key ResponsibilitiesCraft and implement outbound dialing strategies to achieve revenue, contact, and conversion goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to align outbound initiatives with company objectives.Manage daily operations of outbound teams, ensuring swift lead response, appointment quality, and overall lead performance.Cultivate a culture of high performance through well-defined KPIs, dashboards, and ongoing managerial coaching.Oversee dialer technology and CRM analytics to boost productivity while ensuring data integrity.Guarantee compliance with all regulatory standards (TCPA, DNC).Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technology to improve scripting, lead routing, and campaign segmentation.Identify and implement process and technology enhancements to drive efficiency and minimize costs.Work with Sales leadership to optimize representative scheduling and promote product demonstrations.Recruit, develop, and mentor top-tier leaders, enhancing engagement and retention across teams.Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and lead weekly performance review meetings to foster accountability.Champion change management and secure buy-in for new strategies and tools.QualificationsBachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.8+ years of progressive leadership experience within call centers, including a minimum of 5 years in outbound/sales environments.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams effectively and drive performance improvements.
