Collaborate with internal teams to ensure channel strategies align with broader business objectives.
Devise and implement strategic initiatives that drive joint marketing, sales, and product initiatives with channel partners.
Partner Enablement:
Equip channel partners with training and resources to deepen their understanding of MinIO's solutions and enhance their sales performance.
Work closely with partners on go-to-market strategies and co-selling opportunities.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of channel partnerships.
Analyze data and feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize partner performance.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of your partner’s MinIO business opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Encourage open communication channels between MinIO and channel partners to facilitate seamless and productive relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to promptly address partner needs and resolve issues.
