As the Director of Client Delivery, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing a portfolio of strategic clients. This position is designed to cultivate robust client relationships, guarantee successful project execution, and ultimately drive positive outcomes for our clients and the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Partner with Sales to offer strategic direction and leadership in executing account roadmaps for key clients.
- Implement governance and delivery models while ensuring metrics for client satisfaction are met.
- Support team members in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering transformative client opportunities.
- Mentor and assist the Client Delivery team in navigating challenges associated with their portfolios.
- Strategic Account Leadership: Collaborate to provide strategic direction in executing plans for key accounts.
- Continuously monitor engagements and adapt strategies based on feedback to enhance delivery team performance.
- Act as a support system for the Client Delivery Segment lead, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to internal KPIs.
- Contribute to the development of strategic account plans alongside Sales and Delivery Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
- Facilitate transparent communication with clients to proactively address issues during solution implementation.
- Revenue Growth and Financial Accountability: Collaborate with Sales to maximize value through solution delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in meeting financial targets including billed revenue and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Work with Segment Consulting Leaders to establish financial controls and ensure profit and loss accountability.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Drive collaboration across business areas to enhance delivery effectiveness and build relationships with executive decision-makers.
- Innovate with the Client Delivery team on methods to enhance customer outcomes.
- Lead special initiatives aimed at business improvement.
- Opportunity Identification and Expertise Integration: Help identify new avenues to add value for clients and stimulate new business.
- Engage with various departments to bring in the necessary expertise to meet client needs.
