We are currently building a pipeline for future talent needs and are seeking a Director of Client Services. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our clients. You will proactively manage client relationships, drive accountability, and oversee operational execution across all client interactions. The ideal candidate will support all client-related activities and team needs to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with Project Management and Production Planning teams to assess capacity, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Guide documentation of work requests and facilitate discussions to appropriately assign tasks to team members.
- Weekly review and analysis of client health scorecards, addressing risk areas with the team as necessary.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client service delivery issues, ensuring all concerns are documented and addressed.
- Prepare operational performance reports for the client leadership team, highlighting successes, potential risks, and resource needs on a weekly basis.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with the Customer Success team to evaluate client activities, needs, and overall performance.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings to communicate business initiatives and review deliverables like open cases, file activities, and other essential client maintenance tasks.
- Manage team dynamics through regular one-on-one meetings to review work processes and ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
