About the Role
As the Director of Clinical Quality, you will be the key figure responsible for overseeing clinical quality and patient safety within Equip's virtual eating disorder program. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and enhancing clinical quality initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and promoting evidence-based care standards while fostering a culture of safety and accountability. You will also supervise the Utilization Management (UM) program and report directly to the VP of Medical Operations & Quality, serving as the operational lead for the Clinical Quality Committee (CQC).
Responsibilities
Lead the design and management of patient safety initiatives, safety reporting programs, and continuous improvement initiatives based on safety data, audit results, and peer review findings.
Oversee clinical care standards across various disciplines, including therapy, dietary, medical, and peer support.
