Role Overview
As the Director of Corporate Development and M&A, you will lead the comprehensive execution of our M&A strategy, overseeing every phase from deal sourcing through transaction closure and initial integration. This senior-level role requires a blend of strategic insight and strong transaction execution, akin to a Director position within private equity or a lead corporate development role in a sponsor-backed firm.
You will act as a trusted advisor to our executive leadership, responsible for developing deal strategies, ensuring financial accuracy, and crafting investment narratives for presentation to the executive team and Board. You will typically manage transactions with revenues ranging from $50 million to $150 million and EBITDA between $10 million and $30 million, focusing on services-led, product resale, and hybrid business models.
