Reporting to the Managing Director of Advancement, the Director of Major Gifts (also referred to as Director of Corporate Partnerships) will lead the management of philanthropic relationships with both individual and corporate supporters of DREAM. This role involves cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a diverse portfolio of major donors, while collaborating with a talented fundraising team to achieve a collective goal of $21 million in annual philanthropic revenue.
This position is ideal for a seasoned fundraiser eager to forge lasting partnerships with New York City's prominent individual and corporate donors, maximizing their philanthropic influence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to spearhead initiatives to attract new partners and work alongside a dynamic and established fundraising team.
