Role Overview
As the Director of Creative Strategy, you will be at the helm of our strategic vision, guiding our team to formulate and execute groundbreaking ideas, compelling narratives, and impactful activation plans. The ideal candidate will blend strategic acumen with creative flair, boasting a proven track record in leading RFPs and mentoring strategists in their projects.
Your role will involve working on both ongoing client initiatives and new RFPs, covering a spectrum from experiential activations and stunts to social media plans and campaigns. You will be responsible for developing strategic frameworks and creative concepts that breathe life into our projects. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you will initially oversee 1-2 direct reports.
Soft skills are crucial for our team, particularly in a leadership capacity. We seek a passionate, proactive individual who excels in articulating ideas clearly, collaborating across teams, and addressing challenges with empathy.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the Strategy Lead for critical projects (both project-based and AORs), managing the strategy playbook, creative platform, and activation plans.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to strategists, offering constructive feedback that enhances their work and aids in client presentations.
- Create visually stunning presentations with exceptional copy and design, and effectively pitch your concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including VPs and CMOs.
