Department: Marketing
The Marketing team at Signifyd is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand across the entire customer lifecycle. Our initiatives encompass global events, growth strategies, digital programs, brand design, customer, partner, and field marketing, all aimed at creating impactful interactions with both prospects and customers. We collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to execute integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences and accelerate our sales pipeline. The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Growth and Experiences to establish and scale a premier Customer Marketing function across North America. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can define our approach while actively engaging in the delivery of high-quality programs that boost our sales pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance our brand visibility in the market, all while leading a small but impactful team. You will be responsible for the comprehensive strategy and execution of our customer marketing initiatives, coordinating with our events portfolio (including trade shows, field events, and executive experiences) and closely partnering with GTM teams to ensure alignment with pipeline, customer growth, and partner-driven projects.
