Your Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead and refine our global digital growth initiatives.
In this pivotal leadership position, you will define and execute our performance marketing strategy encompassing paid media, organic SEO, experimentation, and analytics. You will lead a dynamic team of approximately 15 marketers and agency partners, oversee a substantial multi-million euro global budget, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive scalable, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global digital growth strategy, focusing on performance marketing, experimentation, and analytics.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing digital marketing team of around 15 specialists and agency partners.
- Drive full-funnel acquisition through various channels, including paid media, SEO, programmatic, CRO, and integrated campaigns.
- Manage a multi-million euro budget with meticulous scenario planning, forecasting, and yield optimization.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns from concept through to targeting, creative, and channel selection.
- Establish and scale an experimentation framework to foster structured testing and accelerate growth and learning.
