THE ROLE:
As the Director of Ecosystem Growth, you will lead RippleX in establishing a global, multi-entity ecosystem to promote XRPL adoption at scale. This role entails forming strategic partnerships with independent ecosystem operators across the US, Europe, APAC, and emerging markets, while steering our DeFi strategy through dedicated external partners!
This senior, strategic, and hands-on position demands robust partnership management skills, DeFi fluency, and the capability to set milestones, drive accountability, and synchronize partner outputs across diverse regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ecosystem Partner Management
- Oversee a portfolio of independent ecosystem partners delivering programs and developer initiatives.
- Establish milestones, impact goals, and accountability rhythms.
- Monitor progress, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with ecosystem priorities.
- DeFi Ecosystem Management and Development
- Manage partnerships to evaluate DeFi teams with a strong understanding of AMMs, DEXs, stablecoins, incentives, and liquidity behavior.
- Collaborate with partners to shape milestone and incentive structures to bolster DeFi development.
- Supervise DeFi initiatives addressing market structure needs, including liquidity depth, market making, and OTC flows.
- Startup and Builder Growth
- Develop a strong pipeline of developers, founders, and partners.
- Engage with communities, events, and industry groups to drive adoption.
- Support teams from ideation through integration and launch.
- Create milestone frameworks and incentive logic for ecosystem partners.
- Conduct evaluation cycles and ensure partners remain on track.
- Provide milestone structures for formal agreements.
