Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as both a team leader and a senior contributor to our technology and codebases.
- Define and implement the firmware roadmap for Pison's device offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and product visions.
- Design and develop high-quality, reliable software and firmware solutions for embedded systems within Pison's neural biosensor devices.
- Oversee the integration of device software with mobile and cloud applications, utilizing internal and external firmware resources.
- Lead the strategy for software testing to ensure performance, reliability, and security standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineering, data science, and product management.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and assist with patent applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
