Asana, a leading work management platform, is looking for a Director of Employee Relations to spearhead the strategy and development of our Employee Relations (ER) function. In this pivotal role, you will manage a dedicated three-person team, with members located in San Francisco and Dublin. Your expertise will be essential in cultivating ER best practices, providing coaching, and nurturing both current and future leaders and managers within Asana.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with our HR Business Partners, Legal team, and organizational leaders. Reporting to our Head of People Success, you will merge extensive ER knowledge with innovative leadership, utilizing data-driven tools to enhance our approach to employee advocacy, risk management, and sustainable solutions.

This position is based in our Chicago office, following a hybrid work model that typically includes in-office work on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with remote work available on Wednesdays.
