About The Role:
As the Director of Engineering, you will spearhead the growth and development of our engineering team, executing GiddyUp’s technical vision. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform, products, and services, ensuring they meet our clients' needs effectively.
We seek a seasoned engineering leader who can utilize the latest technologies to tackle diverse data and engineering challenges, delivering impactful outcomes. This role is perfect for someone looking to thrive in a startup atmosphere and significantly influence the e-commerce landscape. Your responsibilities will include fostering engineers’ career progression, cultivating a positive and supportive engineering culture, providing architectural and design guidance, defining our technical strategy and roadmap, leading the integration of AI in our engineering practices, and collaborating with product, QA, and data teams to ensure the successful delivery of products without compromising on quality. You will remain actively involved in technical tasks while empowering your team to achieve our ambitious goals.
