Mission Statement
We seek a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead with substantial expertise in systematic options trading to steer our Options Engineering team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the Options Engineering team, championing continuous enhancements in our trading infrastructure while supporting the advancement of our systematic options trading platform. This encompasses automated quoting, execution strategies, risk management controls, pricing workflows, and ensuring production reliability.
We are particularly interested in candidates located within European time zones or the US East Coast time zone.
