Build and Scale Processes – Co-create scalable sales processes, team structures, and go-to-market strategies to support sustainable growth and expansion.
Market Expansion and Business Development – Identify new opportunities and forge partnerships with C-suite and senior leaders, positioning BrainStation as a trusted partner in reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development – Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance and Reporting – Monitor and analyze sales performance, utilizing insights to refine strategies and deliver data-driven forecasts and reports to executive leadership.
Successful candidates will have:
A Bachelor’s degree.
