Your Role
As the Director of Experiential Production, you will spearhead our experiential production team, setting high standards, assembling talented teams, and ensuring top-notch execution across all projects. Your business acumen will complement your strategic vision as you balance leadership with active participation in significant campaigns, integrating production seamlessly into our creative processes and overall agency output.

Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership
- Oversee all experiential production initiatives across the client portfolio in collaboration with departmental leads.
- Establish and execute production standards, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure consistent quality and execution across all projects.
Team Leadership & Resourcing
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing production team.
- Manage staffing, resource allocation, and team structure.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Approve high-level budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Maintain financial discipline and operational efficiency.
Client & Agency Leadership
- Act as a senior production advisor on complex activations.
- Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams on integrated campaigns.
- Support business development and pitching opportunities.
