Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and mentor the finance team.Experience in nonprofit financial management is a plus.
