Reporting directly to the CFO/COO, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential data and strategic analysis to empower every department, ensuring they have the financial, operational, and compliance-related information needed for optimal performance.

On a typical day, you will:
Offer analytical support to the CFO/COO, Directors, and other leaders within the organization.
Compile and assess monthly and quarterly financial reports, including KPIs and variance/trend analyses.
Create and sustain budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning models.
Facilitate the implementation and optimization of systems for accounting, billing, payroll, HR, and related functions.
Support marketing initiatives through financial reviews of resident qualifications and contract documentation.
Conduct HR-related analysis on staffing, compensation, benefits, and policies.
Assess organizational systems, policies, and procedures; recommend and assist in implementing improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to enhance financial reviews for better decision-making and efficiency.
Work closely with frontline staff to identify opportunities for operational and financial enhancements.
Review compliance programs and aid in policy improvements and best practices implementation.
