POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Franchise Operations is responsible for overseeing all franchise restaurant operations within a designated geographic area. This vital role focuses on the continuous growth and development of restaurants while ensuring that sales and profitability objectives are met. Additionally, this position contributes to brand strategies that aim to enhance business growth and increase market share.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Director may perform various duties, including:
- Providing leadership and accountability to franchise operations teams through clear expectations, coordination of efforts, and diligent follow-up.
- Executing strategic initiatives by implementing plans and overseeing milestones and performance metrics.
- Building strong relationships with franchise partners through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Leading the implementation of strategic initiatives while monitoring outcomes and making necessary adjustments.
- Developing and executing strategies to foster long-term business growth and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Supporting operational processes to effectively meet customer needs.
- Leading, developing, and participating in presentations, negotiations, operational meetings, and conferences with the executive team.
- Creating a dining experience that strengthens relationships with existing customers and fosters new connections.
- Collaborating with the executive team to shape the brand’s strategic direction.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, providing insights that enhance brand development.
- Ability to travel to restaurant locations and engage with the executive team, while also working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with various restaurant operations concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and directions concurrently.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies that yield positive business results.
- High work ethics and a strong commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A demonstrated track record of collaboration with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources teams.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
