Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of government-focused projects and client relationships across ECS service lines.
Expand the Subsidiary's presence in the public sector at federal, state, and municipal levels, ensuring adherence to government regulations, successful contract implementation, and the establishment of enduring partnerships with government clients.
Formulate and execute business strategies to enhance government services in line with subsidiary objectives.
Identify and secure new federal, state, and local contracts and opportunities within ECS's core service offerings.
Manage relationships within the government market sector, with a focus on federal (both classified and unclassified) and international opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of public-sector procurement processes, compliance standards, and funding methods.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing department and other operational leaders to drive business initiatives.
Work within a team dynamic to deploy business development strategies aimed at fostering growth and success.
This position reports directly to senior leadership within the subsidiary.
Additional duties as assigned.
