Director of Group Financial Planning & Analysis – APCOA Group HQ
Location: Uxbridge, UK (on-site, 5 days per week initially)

The Director of Group Financial Planning & Analysis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and control functions across our global operations. In this capacity, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and rigorous financial analysis, delivering strategic insights to senior management to enhance performance and facilitate informed decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Reporting
Direct the annual budgeting process across all countries and business units.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles for internal stakeholders and external investors.
Develop and maintain intricate financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Champion continuous improvement in reporting methodologies and systems.
Ensure compliance with bondholder reporting requirements and financial covenants.
Business Partnership
Act as a trusted financial advisor to the executive team.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights on variances and trends.
Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis.
Collaborate with country finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices.
Systems & Process Optimization
Lead the optimization of our financial systems environment (Business Central, Navision).
Drive standardization and automation of financial processes across the group.
Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Develop and enhance financial dashboards utilizing Power BI.
Team Leadership
Build and cultivate a high-performing multinational FP&A team.
Provide mentorship and opportunities for career development.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
