THE ROLE:
We are looking for a driven and seasoned professional to step into the role of Growth Director, specializing in fostering growth across our Technology and Marketing service divisions. This position entails spearheading the new client pitch process, forging executive relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with marketing teams to elevate our company's market presence.
As a critical member of our sales team, you will be tasked with generating revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients for DEPT®. Your focus will include promoting our services in branding and experience design, campaign strategy and execution, media management, data solutions, eCommerce, AI transformation, and more.
To excel in this role, you should possess a commercially focused mindset and an eagerness to learn. A comprehensive understanding of various industry verticals and the ability to formulate go-to-market strategies that showcase DEPT®’s capabilities is essential. A holistic grasp of the agency sales funnel—from brand development to performance strategies and business development—will be vital, though your performance will primarily be evaluated based on closing rates and revenue generation.
Building trust and rapport swiftly, asking pertinent questions, and approaching sales strategically are key to your success. An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving is a must.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the net-new pitch process, which includes developing timelines, drafting pitch briefings, devising win strategies, and contributing to client proposals and tender documents.
