Your Role
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the entire demand generation function at a rapidly expanding, mission-oriented health technology company. As the Head of Growth, you will establish the team and infrastructure needed to connect Total Life with seniors, their families, and healthcare partners who require our services. You will report directly to the CEO and will have comprehensive ownership of the channels, talent, and strategies essential for member acquisition and revenue enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the partnerships initiative targeting healthcare professionals, geriatricians, Medicare plans, senior living facilities, and other healthcare referrers.
- Formulate a structured referral program with defined incentives, tracking mechanisms, and feedback systems.
- Develop scalable partnership playbooks for implementation across new regions as Total Life grows.
- Define and oversee brand positioning and messaging for our senior-focused mental health platform.
- Assemble a high-performing marketing team (content, performance, lifecycle) and manage external agencies or contractors as necessary.
- Enhance awareness, consideration, and conversion across both paid and organic channels directed at seniors, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Manage paid acquisition efforts on platforms such as Google and Meta, focusing on optimizing for member sign-ups and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish measurement systems including attribution, dashboards, and reporting to facilitate rapid, data-informed decisions.
- Lead conversion rate optimization efforts across our website and onboarding processes.
- Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy encompassing technical SEO, content marketing, and localized search efforts.
- Produce content that resonates with seniors, caregivers, and referring clinicians—establishing Total Life as a trusted authority in senior mental health.
- Promote long-term organic growth to lessen reliance on paid channels over time.
- Recruit, hire, and nurture a world-class growth team.
