The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for leading and expanding initiatives that enhance enterprise pipeline growth, drive revenue expansion, and boost customer engagement throughout their lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure that growth programs align with revenue objectives in complex enterprise purchasing environments.
This position is tailored for an experienced growth leader who excels in accountability, data-driven decision-making, and the development of scalable strategies that propel business advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Go-To-Market Leadership
- Oversee the implementation of Arcos’ growth marketing strategy, targeting priority industries and high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive an account-based marketing (ABM) approach to generate pipeline, stimulate revenue growth, and enhance long-term customer relationships.
- Convert go-to-market strategies into cohesive growth programs that increase brand awareness, accelerate deal closure, and foster customer growth.
- Collaborate as a key partner in go-to-market planning to ensure marketing strategies are tightly integrated with sales priorities and revenue objectives.
Revenue Programs & Performance
- Manage the effectiveness of integrated growth programs that elevate brand awareness, customer engagement, pipeline velocity, and account expansion.
- Provide clear insights into funnel health, pipeline contributions, and marketing ROI through scalable reporting and analytics.
- Continuously refine messaging, channels, and programs based on performance analytics and market feedback.
- Oversee the growth marketing budget and project marketing's contributions to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing team across sales development, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Establish clear priorities, expectations, and accountability while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure growth programs align with the comprehensive customer journey.
- Advocate for the utilization of AI and automation as strategic tools to enhance impact, sharpen focus, and boost team productivity.
