What You Will Do
As the Director of Innovation Engineering, you will lead an exceptional team of engineers focused on swiftly identifying, prototyping, and delivering transformative solutions leveraging AI/ML and emerging technologies. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, you will establish the vision and technical strategy for innovation engineering while remaining actively involved in the development process—coding, building prototypes, and deploying solutions alongside your team.
