This role can be based at any of the following CRB locations: Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Atlanta, GA; Cary, NC; or Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for all insurance and risk management programs in accordance with the company's risk appetite.
- Lead and guide the insurance team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the management of CCIPs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Administer Subcontractor Default Programs, focusing on risk evaluation, mitigation strategies, and claims management.
- Supervise Professional and General Liability and Builder’s Risk programs to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficient claims handling.
- Coordinate Bonding programs, including the assessment and selection of bonding agents and insurers.
- Establish and implement insurance risk management policies and procedures.
- Foster robust relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and external partners.
- Act as the primary contact for all insurance-related inquiries.
- Develop and manage the budget for insurance programs.
- Conduct financial performance analyses and implement cost-saving initiatives as necessary.
