About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of International Sales to spearhead and expand our sales initiatives outside the United States, focusing primarily on the European market. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, shaping regional strategies, and acting as the principal sales leader in the area.
This position is not solely managerial; we require a proactive leader who is comfortable working closely with sales representatives while also taking a broader view to guide strategic planning and long-term growth.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee international sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue generation.
Lead and nurture a team of international Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
Recruit, onboard, and train new international sales talent.
Develop and implement sales strategies and go-to-market approaches for Europe, with an eye toward future regional expansions.
Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across regions.
Create scalable processes for outbound, inbound, and expansion sales motions.
Establish and manage team quotas and capacity models to balance growth with sales representative success.
Provide deal support, coaching, and structured review processes for the sales pipeline.
Deliver insights on regional market dynamics and customer feedback to inform strategy and tactics.
