The Opportunity
Hadrian is on the lookout for a Director of Investor Relations to spearhead our communication strategy, investor engagement, and capital markets initiatives as we scale. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will design and implement a premier investor relations program that articulates our vision, key metrics, growth narrative, and transformation within the defense industry.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and execute Hadrian's investor relations strategy, ensuring alignment of messaging and metrics with our business growth and manufacturing scalability.
Oversee communication with existing shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and the broader financial community, effectively conveying our operational advancements, strategic milestones, and financial outlook.
Create and present essential investor materials, including quarterly and annual letters, earnings presentations (if applicable), roadshow presentations, and conference materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, Communications, and Business Development teams to deliver cohesive, accurate, and compelling investor narratives.
Analyze market trends, analyst feedback, competitor dynamics, and investor sentiment, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Assist with capital market activities (equity & debt financing), tracking investor interactions, lead generation, and readiness for fundraising efforts.
Maintain the investor relations infrastructure, including a CRM for investor interactions, disclosure calendar, investor targeting, benchmarking, and updates to the investor website.
Advise senior leadership and the board on matters related to investor engagement, equity narrative, valuation drivers, and positioning for forthcoming liquidity events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications within a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and investor engagement best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
