Join Visa as the Director of Issuing Solutions – Sales Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in crafting, managing, and implementing sales strategies tailored for US Financial Institutions. This senior leadership position focuses on the promotion of issuer payment processing services to financial institutions, while also overseeing contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and enduring business relationships.
Your target clientele primarily includes medium to large financial institutions. As a senior member of the sales team, you will create account strategies aimed at maximizing revenue from current accounts and acquiring new ones. You will also be responsible for executing annual goals and strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored account plans to boost sales volume and market presence in the financial sector.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance existing partnerships by promoting issuer payment processing services.
- Adopt a consultative sales methodology to align with client business objectives and optimize their payment portfolio performance.
- Draft proposals and negotiate contracts with financial institutions regarding issuer processing services.
- Continuously analyze the client landscape, proposing innovative strategies to expand Visa's market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and increase market penetration of existing offerings.
- Contribute to the formulation of functional strategy.
- Provide operational and technical leadership within the sales department.
- Ensure adherence to annual goals and objectives.
- Work closely with product management and other departments to communicate the value propositions of our offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and within the Visa organization.
- Gain insights into clients' business, especially their payment strategies across various product platforms.
- Take the lead on various internal projects as assigned.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
