Role Overview
As the Director of IT Business Partnering, you will be at the helm of leveraging technology to drive ASM’s global strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders across regions to co-create digital transformation roadmaps that yield measurable business impacts and enhance our global operations. This role involves leading teams that convert business needs into scalable, future-ready digital solutions, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global IT Business Partnering function, serving as the strategic link between business leaders and IT domain teams.
- Develop multi-year digital transformation roadmaps that support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across global manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- Guide and mentor a global team of IT Business Partners and Analysts to convert processes into efficient digital workflows and architectures.
- Establish strong relationships with senior executive stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for technology-driven business initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with IT leaders across applications, MES, cloud, infrastructure, data, security, and AI to implement cross-functional CIP and innovation programs.
- Advocate for modern digital practices, including automation, predictive analytics, low-code development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within global IT teams.
