Your responsibilities will include spearheading the transformation of IT support through AI-driven automation, predictive capabilities, and user-friendly, data-centric self-service solutions. You will oversee essential support functions such as Tier 2 support, Walk-Up Desks, Media systems, and endpoint support, driving continuous improvement through robust ITSM practices, ongoing process refinement, and strategic vendor partnerships to ensure a seamless employee experience.
