KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership & Market Alignment· Act as a vital member of the Life Sciences Service Line executive team, providing insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and solution strategy.· Develop and uphold the Life Sciences solutions portfolio, ensuring offerings are unique, scalable, and in sync with client needs.· Transform service line capabilities into go-to-market resources, client success stories, and executive narratives.Commercial & Sales Enablement· Serve as the subject matter expert for the Life Sciences Service Line in sales efforts, RFP responses, and strategic account expansion.· Design and implement enablement programs, demonstrations, and collateral that empower Sales and Account Management to effectively position our solutions.· Drive revenue growth by ensuring our solutions are positioned and communicated effectively to resonate with target markets.

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and define our Life Sciences solutions within the market. This pivotal role merges the external orientation of a Solutions Consultant with the ownership mentality of a Product Owner, ensuring our offerings are distinct, aligned with customer demands, and primed for growth.
This position will involve close collaboration with the Service Line General Manager, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing leadership, alongside Product Management, overseeing development. Together, we will ensure that our strategic roadmap reflects business priorities and customer feedback, with the Product Manager leading execution, while this role maintains market fit, commercial impact, and service line coherence.
