Create and enforce regional frameworks that accommodate local adaptations while ensuring financial discipline across markets. Align compensation models with broader business objectives, logistics performance KPIs, and profitability targets.
- Budget Management & Efficiency: Supervise the rider payment and incentive budget while regularly monitoring cost-per-order (CPO) trends. Implement initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency while securing adequate rider supply and fleet retention.
- Rollout of Models & Automation: Lead the regional deployment of advanced data science models and automated solutions.
- Experimentation & Testing: Champion the testing and implementation of new payment components (such as dynamic pricing, surge models, and quest incentives) to boost fleet efficiency and order acceptance rates, ensuring each initiative is optimized for maximum ROI and operational impact.
- Product Collaboration: Collaborate with the Central Product team to guide the development of payment-related features. Translate business needs into product requests, engage in testing, and ensure the successful integration of new product functionalities across the region.
- Stakeholder Management & Market Partnership: Serve as the main liaison to Local Logistics Directors, Finance Leaders, and Product Managers. Cultivate strong relationships with local market teams to comprehend their unique operational challenges and convert complex data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
