What You’ll Do: Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Major Account Managers focused on securing large expansion deals. Meet and exceed annual Enterprise bookings quotas through monthly and quarterly targets. Enhance the performance of Major Account Managers by monitoring productivity metrics such as deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy. Coach your team in establishing executive relationships with Named Enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales negotiations. Shape the go-to-market strategy and execution for your designated region. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create tailored messaging and resources that address the specific needs of your customers. Conduct weekly forecasting meetings to track progress and align on strategies. Participate in key client and prospect meetings to support your team. Leverage additional corporate resources as needed to drive success. Who You Are: A seasoned leader with experience managing a top-tier Enterprise Sales team within a B2B technology environment. Adept at relationship building, with over 5 years of Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 1000 clients. Proficient in managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and negotiations on pricing based on business value, legal, and procurement considerations. Skilled in engaging with C-level executives in the IT sector. Experience in establishing and managing sales quotas effectively. Passionate about mentoring others, with a proven track record as a successful individual contributor and a strong closing experience. This role requires regular travel to client sites.
