Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will lead the development and implementation of innovative, revenue-centric marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance business performance. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment where efficiency is paramount.
At i-Tech, marketing is a key revenue-generating function, with the Director of Marketing at the forefront of prioritizing resources and initiatives to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive marketing strategy for both the Acumatica ERP and IT Managed Services (MSP) divisions, aligning efforts with overarching business goals to drive pipeline growth and increase revenue.
- Establish i-Tech's positioning within the ERP ecosystem and MSP market, crafting messaging that resonates with target buyer personas, including CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders, all aimed at supporting demand generation.
- Make strategic decisions regarding marketing priorities and budget allocations across both divisions, optimizing performance and addressing pipeline needs and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to set marketing objectives, challenge existing assumptions, and ensure focus on measurable outcomes. This is a player-coach role, actively engaging in campaign development and execution.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Development
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation initiatives that cultivate a robust pipeline for both Acumatica ERP and MSP services.
- Create targeted campaigns tailored for different strategies, including account-based marketing for ERP clients and community-based initiatives for MSP expansion.
- Enhance the sales funnel by developing lead nurturing programs tailored to buyer personas, lifecycle stages, and deal complexities.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on pipeline objectives, lead quality, and conversion rates.
