Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Group VP of Marketing, you will own the UK marketing strategy for a diverse range of subscription brands. This includes converting brand positioning into actionable go-to-market strategies and leading integrated acquisition efforts across both paid and owned channels. Your aim will be to harmonize performance metrics with brand enhancement, driving sustainable growth.Additionally, you will coordinate and execute campaigns through strategic planning, briefing, and creative collaboration with the Brand Director. You will oversee campaign launches, optimizations, and post-campaign analyses, ensuring accurate forecasting and commercial planning for your portfolio.Preferred QualificationsProven experience in leading marketing initiatives for subscription businesses, with measurable success in driving acquisition and revenue growth.Strong commercial acumen: adept at managing budgets, forecasts, and strategic channel investments.Expertise in managing both brand and performance marketing channels, with a solid understanding of demand generation and conversion strategies.Demonstrated success in executing high-quality campaigns, including media planning and effective cross-functional collaboration.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating a matrixed organization.Leadership skills: ability to develop talent, establish clear expectations, and provide direction.Experience in publishing, membership, or content subscription sectors, with familiarity with paywalls.
