Position Overview
As the Operations Director at Centria Autism, you will be instrumental in shaping the culture of our team and enhancing the experience for the families we serve. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational functions of the center, including the development and management of Behavior Technicians' schedules, coordination of client assessments, staffing activities, conducting center tours, and liaising with facility management to ensure a clean and safe environment. Collaborating closely with Clinical Leadership, you will support clinical outcomes and high-quality care delivery, driving growth and improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will lead the Behavior Technicians by coordinating their training, addressing compliance needs, and managing disciplinary actions when necessary. Your strategic vision will also focus on enhancing client and Behavior Technician retention, ensuring the highest standards of operation across the organization.
