Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a food service environment is required.• At least 2 years of experience in a department head role or higher is essential.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on cost control and budgeting.• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams in a high-volume, upscale dining context.• Expertise in guest service standards and upscale hospitality protocols.• Capability to manage and optimize multiple outlets effectively.• Experience in developing beverage programs, including cocktails and wine lists.• Proficient in training, coaching, and performance management techniques.

Salary Information
This position offers a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience. All salaried employees are eligible for performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement annual operating plans and manage departmental budgets, inventory, and cost controls.
• Oversee staffing requirements for food and beverage outlets, including recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Lead training and onboarding programs, and foster team development through performance management and coaching.
• Maintain exemplary service and presentation standards that align with brand expectations.
• Collaborate on innovative cocktail menus and beverage programming to ensure consistency and creativity.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in POS systems, product pricing, and supply requisitions.
• Promote all food and beverage outlets to maintain a strong guest service culture both internally and externally.
• Be present in dining areas during peak service times to lead by example and ensure optimal service.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, goals, and guest feedback.
• Encourage creativity in food and beverage offerings supporting continuous menu development.
• Uphold hotel policies, safety protocols, and interdepartmental cooperation to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
