The Role
To support our ongoing growth, Nabla is looking for a Partnership Director to oversee strategic reseller partnerships that drive revenue, accelerate implementation, and broaden market reach. You will empower our partners to effectively market and deploy Nabla’s solutions, fostering mutual growth and success.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Formulate plans to boost partnership sales, establish targets, and enhance partner adoption among their clients.
Partner Onboarding Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding tools for partners, emphasizing product knowledge, sales positioning, and best practices for training and support to optimize performance.
Drive Sales and Adoption: Collaborate with partner sales teams to assist in closing deals, address any partner issues, and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools for success. Co-create materials such as presentations, product demos, case studies, and other resources to support partners in their sales efforts.
Market Insights: Examine market trends and partner feedback to refine enablement strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, resolve conflicts, and cultivate long-lasting, productive partnerships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
Performance Tracking: Assess KPIs, monitor, and report on partnership performance metrics.
