Your Role
As the Director of Performance Content, you will be at the forefront of PMG's Performance Content and Creative teams—passionate individuals committed to producing work that not only achieves exceptional performance but also resonates authentically with brand identities. You will collaborate daily with creatives, performance media specialists, and strategists focused on translating audience insights into compelling messages that reach the right audiences at the right times, yielding measurable results.
In this role, you will also engage with teams responsible for ensuring robust execution and measurable outcomes, including Investment, Ad Operations, Data Science, and Analytics. Together, you will align creative choices with media strategies and results, facilitating rapid learning and continuous improvement across platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and retail media partners.
Positioned at the intersection of creativity and performance, you will serve as a key connector, providing clarity in cross-functional collaborations, guiding teams from concept to execution, and ensuring a cohesive experience across various markets, platforms, and timelines. This role offers the flexibility to align with the appropriate title level based on the ideal candidate's qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a clear vision for Performance Content at PMG, integrating creative strategy, media execution, and performance measurement into a cohesive framework.
- Lead initiatives encompassing data-driven creativity, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), personalized content strategies, retail commerce creative solutions, and AI-enhanced content workflows.
